Why doesn’t my camera display once I started the software?
Please check the driver at the ‘Device Manager’. Are the drivers installed properly? Please reinstall the driver if it’s not installed properly.

Note:
Please install all the drivers detected in Windows.

Another reason for this problem is the resolution and the color quality of your desktop computer. You must set your resolution to 1024 x 768 pixels and color quality must be 32 bit color.

If the display problem still persists, please send your DVR card for warranty (if applicable) to your dealer. For best results bring the computer which the card is hosted on for a complete troubleshooting.
 
 
Why does the software display black and white images, while my cameras are color cameras?
The default setting in the software is NTSC system, please set your system to PAL system at the ‘system setup’.
 
 
I could not start the program after I installed the software. What is wrong?
Before you start the software please partition your hard disk into 2 drives. You may partition during hard disk formatting before the operating system (e.g. Windows) installation or you may use software (e.g. Partition Magic, etc.) to partition the hard disk.

The other reason for this is that your hardware compatibility. The minimum requirement for the DVR card is; CPU: Pentium III – 866 MHz, RAM: 128Mb, VGA: 32Mb of RAM display adapter.
 
 
The display of the picture is unstable. How could I solve the problem?
  Please note that the 8202 model was unable to view from the television. The television output at the DVR card is not functioning. Therefore, please unable the External Monitor for all cameras at ‘Hardware Setup’.
 
 
How do I know which model in the list that I should install for my card?
  Please check the barcode sticker pasted at the box of your DVR card. That would be the model of your DVR card.
 
 
How do I know the login site code and password when I am using remote access?
  You may check the site code in the system of your local computer by selecting the ‘Site Information’, while the default site code is 100-001 and password will be 1234.
 
 
Can I change the site code and password for remote access?
  Yes, you may change the site code at the ‘Site Information’. For password, please select ‘Modem Setup’ and change it with confirmation.
 
 
When I disable one of the cameras, I couldn’t enable it again. What would be the problem?
  Please go to ‘Screen Division’ and select the camera you have disabled.
 
 
When I boot-up the computer the software starts automatically. How can I disable the function?
  To disable the function please delete the DvrNet site icon in the ‘Start Up’ folder.
 
 
My system always restarts at 3:00am. How to disable the function?
  You may disable the function at the ‘System Setup’ by un-tick the ‘System Restart Time’.
 
 
The display of the picture is too bright or too dark. How can I adjust the brightness?
  To adjust the brightness or the darkness of the display, you may have to adjust at your DVR card. Please use a small flat screwdriver to turn the screw at the blue plastic on your card. Adjust it until you get the best view.
